Northwest Harley-Davidson

We Are Open - A Letter From Our Owners

To Northwest Harley-Davidson family & friends:

WE ARE OPEN from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday – Saturday, we believe that there is no better way to practice social distancing than riding a motorcycle.  While we respect an individual’s thoughts and concerns, we do believe in freedom of choice. Freedom and individual expression have been a part of and will always be Harley-Davidson, the #1 motorcycle in the USA, and one of the top tattooed logos, unlike Apple, Coke, or Nike. Regardless if you’re a lone rider, small or large group, motorcycle riding can put your soul at rest or maybe on fire – your choice.

We want to provide our NWHD family & friends the ability to choose, to express, and to be a vibrant part of the local community and at large.  Therefore, we want all of you to be aware of the following:

Amid the heightened concerns regarding the spread of Coronavirus/COVID-19, please know the health and safety of NWHD  guests and staff are our highest priorities. As such, we want to make you aware of the diligent efforts we are doing to support a healthy and safe environment for all.

At our dealership, we:

  • Hired Interstate Restoration to disinfect our facilities and perform a deep clean.

  • Sanitize and wipe down motorcycles daily and after any interactions with a motorcycle.

  • Allow guests to only view (not try-on) helmets & clothing.

  • Continuously cleaning common areas used by staff and guests.

  • Provide additional hand sanitizing stations and wipes for guests and staff.

  • Established Workplace Safety Guidance & Expectations for all staff to follow.

  • Instruct staff not to work if they feel sick or experience any symptoms.

  • Follow guidance from public authorities, practicing social distancing, and 6’ separation. While we think of our guests like family, for the time being, we will refrain from handshakes, hugs, and close contact.

Fortunately, there have been no confirmed or suspected cases of COVID-19 among NWHD Team Members.

We will continue to stay up to date as the Governor, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention provide guidance. Rest assured, our decision-making process keeps our guests top of mind, and we will take all necessary steps to continue to make NHWD a safe and healthy environment for all.

We ride together; we’re all in this together. Stay safe and healthy.
