To our Northwest Harley-Davidson Family & Friends, 

Amid the Governor’s announcement Monday evening and the continued concerns regarding the spread of Coronavirus/COVID-19, please know the health and safety of Northwest Harley-Davidson guests,  team members, and friends are our top priorities. Certain aspects of our business are considered an “essential business” regarding transportation. Accordingly, we will remain open to serve our guest for service and parts business until we determine that it is not reasonably responsible to do so. As such, we want to make you aware of the diligent efforts we are making to support a safe environment for all:  

At our dealership, we are: 

  • Thoroughly sanitizing and wiping down each motorcycle daily and after any interactions with a motorcycle. 

  • Allowing customers to only view, not try-on, helmets. 

  • Deep cleaning common areas used by employees and guests. 

  • We have had to make the tough decision to limit the number of team members working during these times; some are not comfortable and are working from home. 

  • Instructing employees not to come in if they feel sick or experience any symptoms. 

  • While we think of our guests as family, we’re following guidance from public authorities and practicing social distancing and staying 6 feet away from customers. For the time being, we’ll be refraining from handshakes, hugs, and close contact limiting the number of people in our building  

There have been no confirmed or suspected cases of COVID-19 among our team members. We will continue to stay up to date as the WA Dept. of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention provide guidance. Rest assured, our decision-making process keeps our guests top of mind, and we will take any and all necessary steps to help make our dealership a safe environment for all.

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) is impacting the world at an increasing pace and changing daily. During these uncertain times, Northwest Harley-Davidson is committed to providing a safe working environment for our employees and ensuring business continuity for our customers. In essence, safety is a primary concern of ours.

Realizing that riding may be one of the only and few things we can do during these uncertain times, we currently remain open and fully operational; however, we have made the difficult decision to limit our staffing for the time being. However, we do offer curbside service for parts, accessories, and general merchandise if you desire. We are also available to test ride, sell, and deliver bikes to your home as an option, and we will continue to pick-up and deliver service bikes if necessary.  

Unfortunately, due to the current recommendation from our State & Federal Government officials, we will be canceling our Customer Appreciation event scheduled for this Saturday – March 21, 2020.
