Bought a 2022 street glide today and sales guy Kelly was amazing and the finance guy George is bar none the most integral person I've ever dealt with when making a purchase. The entire team and North west Harley make the experience worth the drive if you're not local ( we're NE tacoma) and definitely makes you feel appreciated and apart of their working Family.. Thank you George and Kelly for helping this day come to fruition.

Whenever you walk inside a dealership or tattoo shop you want to feel welcomed. NW Harley is the place to be. The whole staff was extremely welcoming and got me the right price for my FLSL. Their salesperson Zach was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The only negative thing I can say is I couldn't afford to walk out with more than one bike.

Despite it being what was probably the first nice day of the year making it a very busy day, NW Harley absolutely killed it! My salesman Kelly Shandrow, was the best. No high pressure sales tactics, very personable, and did everything he could to get me the best deal possible. He even helped me out by installing the two extra parts I purchased for my new ride. I would recommend this dealership to absolutely everyone! Go get yourself a new Harley!

I stopped by Northwest today on a busy sunny Saturday with my husband for a part, and was greeted by Jenny who asked if I was at the store for a class they were teaching. We were not, but after she told us about it, we will look forward to future classes!Parts helped us out and was friendly! The Part we needed was back ordered which is understandable. Not their fault.Lots of bikes, clean store, and great little deli!

Kelly sold me my first Harley and the Northwest crew made it an amazing experience. I had an issue with the bike and he had the service department on the phone with me and the problem was resolved the next day. I would recommend these guys and gals to anyone.

This shop is always fun to visit. Everyone who works there is friendly and amazing. Kelly helped me find the right Harley that worked for me. If you spend 5 mins talking with Kelly, you can tell he loves anything with 2 wheels to include Harley. Kelly didnt waste time showing me bikes that didnt work for my needs. We went straight to the ones that were an ideal fit for what I wanted to do on a Harley, after a test ride, I rode away on my 2022 Road Glide. Kelly is a very experienced salesman and truly wants to help anyone find their first or next Harley. I cant recommend him enough!
