Two French motorcycle enthusiasts spent the past year renovating a very special motorcycle – an olive green Harley-Davidson motorcycle used by American soldiers in World War I. It is one of an estimated 20,000 WWI motorcycles in existence. The Frenchmen are riding from the southeast to Wisconsin, and then westward to California honoring American veterans.
“100-year-old Harley-Davidson returns from France to honor American WWI vets. Lauvergeat exclaims: “I love American people. Without them, I wouldn’t be here today!”
